Northeastern University



Northeastern University is a private university based in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. The university was founded in 1898.

University has nine colleges and schools offering undergraduate, master's and doctoral degrees. Students who want to take here can choose faculty that are already available, such as Bouvé Faculty of Health Sciences, Faculty of Humanities and Sciences, Faculty of Business Administration, Faculty of Computer Science, Faculty of Criminal Sciences, Faculty of Engineering , Faculty of Law, the School of Professional Studies and the School of Technology entrepreneurship.

The University is known for its co-op program, giving students the opportunity, the two alternate semesters of full-time study with semesters of full-time work in a program of four or five years. Generally, students who take this course will be able to gain experience of real work, up to 18 months. Co-op program is offered in more than 69 countries, including the Dominican Republic, Belize, South Africa, and also in Antarctica.

Other programs offered by the university is to study abroad, in over 43 countries, such as Japan and the United Kingdom. In addition, the program International Business Northeastern also offers the opportunity for students to get a double diploma in a sister school in Europe or Mexico. With programs that have been offered by the university, allowing students the first year, will spend their first semester of study abroad, as in Australia, Greece, the United Kingdom or Ireland.
